The house
What to wear, and when to arrive
There is no dress code and there is a reason for that. What there is, is an hour that works better than the others.
15 January 2026
These are the two questions we get most, and both of them have short answers, so here they are before the explanation: wear what you were already wearing, and come before eleven.
The dress code, or the lack of one
There is none. This is a beach town and half the room came from dinner five streets away. A door that judges what people are wearing is a door doing a job the list already does.
The only thing worth knowing is that the room is air-conditioned and stays cool all night, which is the opposite of the street outside. People who bring something with sleeves are glad they did by two in the morning.
The hour
Before eleven if you want the bar, after midnight if you came to dance, and around eleven if you want to see the room turn from one into the other.
A table holds until half past eleven, and on busy nights until eleven. If you are running late, tell us: a message is enough to keep it.
Two more things
Groups over six need to be arranged in advance — not because of a rule, but because moving three tables together in a room of twelve is a decision somebody has to make before the night starts.
And phones: nobody will ask you to put yours away. The light in here is low enough that most people put it away on their own.
